The BC Centre for Employment Excellence is hosting a Free Online Mini-Symposium: Autism in the Workplace

This webinar is a special two-hour online event featuring speakers with expert knowledge of autism in the workplace.
The event will be structured as follows:
- A brief overview of Autism Spectrum (AS)
- Job coaching basics for working with individuals on AS
- Training and on-boarding that work with managers, teams, and individuals on AS
- Lessons learned and success stories through experience with Autism@Work (SAP), Impark, and Focus Professionals
- Behaviour at work
- What and how to share with managers and co-workers
- Barriers and alternatives (applications, interviews, testing, on-the-job orientation, training, feedback)
