Hi Everyone!
It’s my understanding that some of you have requested a form to document Doctor (or other Health Care Professional) visits regarding the people you support. We’re happy to provide you with a form that we currently use at our agency (please find under Forms – Health Care Consultation or Update). Using this form is not a requirement, but may be of some use to help you document medical visits.
We’ve added a new section with links to information about Diabetes. Please check out the ‘Health and Safety’ section under ‘Resources’ to access these links.
CLBC in collaboration with Independent Living Vernon will be offering a workshop on Saving for the Future and Registered Disability Savings Plans in Castlegar on April 6, 2011. For more information and information on how to register, please click here.
