Along with their COVID-19 Mental Health Check-in self-assessment, free counseling is one of the resources listed by the Canadian Mental Health Association B.C. Division.
A new network of certified counsellors have volunteered their time to offer free, short-term 1:1 counselling online or by phone. If you’re interested, email bccovidtherapists@gmail.com with your name, best contact information, and general availability to receive an appointment time. A counsellor will respond to you directly to set up an appointment time.
