July 15th is CCSS WE Day!

Come out to Birchbank Station Picnic Grounds (between Trail and Castlegar) and celebrate WE Day with us on Saturday, July 15th!

Everyone is welcome!  There will be an outdoor BBQ and potluck picnic, fun games and prizes, live music and dancing, as well as a CCSS Information Booth set up.

See you there!

SPOTLIGHT: Celebrate Canada’s 150th!

Hi all!

Please see the attached event poster; all people providing and receiving support from CLBC in the area are invited to join in celebrating Canada’s 150th birthday with a BBQ, games, crafts courtesy of CoolArts, and great community party featuring a special appearance by Kelowna’s Mayor, Colin Basran.

Bring a blanket or lawn chair, get dressed in your festive Canada Day red and white gear, and come down to Mission Creek for a fun day outside in the sun.

SPOTLIGHT: Celebrate Canada’s 150th Birthday!

Come out on July 13th to celebrate Canada’s 150th Birthday with all of us at CCSS!
With this being Canada’s 150th Birthday, we are hosting a fun afternoon of socializing, BBQ, and games on Thursday, July 13th, from 11:00 AM – 2:30 PM at the Mission Greenway Pavilion on Springfield Rd in Kelowna.
All are welcome!  This event is open to anyone who receives support through Community Living BC.
We are finalizing the details, and will send around an invitation soon – but for now, please pass the news along!  We would love to have you join us to celebrate Canada’s 150th birthday.
