WEBINAR: Caregiver Check Up – Dec. 15th

Offered through The Caregiver Network, this free “Caregiver Check-Up” webinar is taking place on December 15th from 6:30-8:00 pm. (PST):

In the past four months our webinars have covered a wide range of topics including: managing boundaries, a tool to assist in making difficult decisions, navigating the health care system, how to remain resilient and communicating in difficult conversations.  Perhaps situations or events have cropped up for you pertaining to these or others topics and it would help to have them discussed.  They could be about navigating the holidays or the health care system, thinking about a plan for 2017 including how to set and maintain boundaries that will help you stay resilient in your caregiving role, and / or moving forward with any of these when they require having difficult conversations or making tough decisions.   This is your webinar – we want to hear from you!

In this webinar, Wendy Johnstone (Gerontologist) and Jodie McDonald (Social Worker) will facilitate an open discussion for a year end “Caregiver Check-up” using our Coach Caregiver format .  We invite you to submit questions or scenarios you would like to be discussed by following this link to our website https://www.familycaregiversbc.ca/submit-your-questions-for-coach-caregiver.  And as always, there will be plenty of opportunity to participate during the actual webinar.

You can find out more information about this opportunity at their event webpage: Caregiver Check-Up
