Hey everyone, CLBC is hosting a teleconference update on Thursday next week (September 23) from 11:05 am-12 pm (PDT) with Dr. Daniele Behn Smith (Deputy Provincial Health Officer), Ross Chilton (CEO of CLBC), and Michael J. Prince (CLBC Board Chair).

Hey everyone, the federal election is happening on Monday, September 20th.
There are health and safety precautions in place for voting day, you can read more about them here on the Elections Canada website or check out their video.

Hey everyone, CLBC is hosting a teleconference update on Tuesday next week (September 21) from 3pm-4pm (PDT) with Dr. Daniele Behn Smith (Deputy Provincial Health Officer), Ross Chilton (CEO of CLBC), and Brenda Gillette (CEO of the BC CEO Network).

Voting by mail…
Hey everyone, as we already posted, there is a federal election coming up on Monday, September 20th.
If you want to vote by mail, you can check out the Elections Canada website Voting by Mail page for instructions and help to vote by mail – the sooner you can apply to vote by mail, the better! The cutoff is September 14th (next Tuesday).
There are 3 steps to voting by mail:

Elections Canada suggests you consider voting by mail if you are part of a vulnerable population, or you know you will be away on voting day and prefer not to vote early.

- Voting tools and services (help marking your ballot, sign language interpretation, etc)
- Accessible polling stations (click below to see a PDF of help available onsite)
- Information in other formats (braille, large print, audio, ASL, etc)
- Assisting an elector (there are several ways to help someone else with the voting process)
- Their website also says that Elections Canada welcomes video relay service (VRS) calls.

Hey everyone, we thought we would share this great PDF resource from the BC Centre for Disease Control listing possible symptoms of COVID-19 (thanks, Jackie!). If you’re experiencing any of the symptoms listed, you can get tested for COVID-19.
