We will be launching our aging tool kit to support self-advocates, their family members and support networks so people can have the best outcomes as they age. Our tool kit consists of:
• a new website called, Aware, Share, Care;
• a book of stories that celebrate aging; and,
• a planning guide for families, care providers, personal support networks and other supporters of adults with developmental disabilities who are getting older.
