Your social distancing reminder of the week….
This coming Monday (August 3) is BC Day. As we think about how to enjoy our long weekend, it is more important than ever that we continue to keep each other healthy and safe. Stick to fewer faces, and bigger spaces and remember to follow Dr. Bonnie Henry’s “Travel Manners” if you are leaving your community!
Healthy and safe…

Free phone counseling…
Along with their COVID-19 Mental Health Check-in self-assessment, free counseling is one of the resources listed by the Canadian Mental Health Association B.C. Division.
A new network of certified counsellors have volunteered their time to offer free, short-term 1:1 counselling online or by phone. If you’re interested, email bccovidtherapists@gmail.com with your name, best contact information, and general availability to receive an appointment time. A counsellor will respond to you directly to set up an appointment time.
