CLBC Privacy and Information Management

As of March 2019, all Service Providers contracting with CLBC must ensure that their employees and subcontractors complete mandatory training in privacy practices. 

Complete the online CLBC Privacy and Information Management course.  

Medication Administration Training

Medication administration training is a CARF competency that all employees and Home Share Providers must complete annually. This training helps ensure medications are administered safely and in accordance with CCSS policies and procedures, supporting the health and safety of the persons supported.

Dementia / Age-Related Training

As people age, some may experience changes related to dementia. This training helps staff better understand these changes and respond with empathy, respect, and person-centred support. By building awareness and practical skills, we can support individuals to maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life as their needs evolve.
