Hey everyone, the Government of Canada has circulated helpful advice to support mental health heading into the holidays — check it out below and share with others:

The holiday season can be a difficult time for many, especially with the COVID-19 pandemic. You may be experiencing:
-Worry about finances and gift giving.
-Fear of getting sick
-Family conflict from differences in risk comfort level.
-Sadness from being away from loved ones.
